Not permitted to play online
It says this profile is not permitted to play online, but it doesnt say im banned or suspended on the website so what do i do?

Community Admin@Aristodemus01 Just to hope in and save a potential time-consuming contact, can you reset the password on the related EA account first?
To do so, go to help.ea.com, then log out, and then log in using the relevant system portal (PS/Xbox/Switch/PC), then try a password reset. This may help to get this sorted without needing a deeper dive.
