As the title says. I have not been receiving any of my claimed twitch drops in-game despite having my EA and Twitch account linked. This includes rewards like the loading screens, weapon charms, and apex packs. I would normally assume this is because the rewards are delayed, but I have also yet to receive my claimed rewards for having watched streams during the previous twitch drops event.

Have you had a chance to go through these steps to double-check that the correct account is linked?
We're unable to review or make any changes to your account on the forums, however if you're still missing content please be sure to contact support so they can take a look over the account.
Do note these are fairly time limited and at this time the team would only be able to assist with current or very recent drops.
If you're still missing older drops as well please head over to the bug report section to create a topic so we can gather some additional information about the situation, thanks.
Unfortunately, i did not get any twitch drops either. On twitch it says claimed but it is still missing at my account.

Well it's been nearly 3 month and I still not received any twitch drops. Keep getting told its a bug we working on it. Been told would be fixed in last update yesterday still nothing. Help desk get it sorted I don't think so all they read is a script. The game support is a joke u less your a pay to win player they don't care.
I mean, I’ve paid quite a bit of money and still don’t receive them… unfortunately.
