not recieving legend tokens(stuck on 10 800) lost 1,800 already

hello im occuring a very strange bug in game and the support sends me on those forums saying that they cant do anything about that so:

currently im level 41 so i should have with no spendings on acc 41x600 tokens = 24,600

i bought 1 legend (crypto) so i should have now 12,600 tokens

but i have only 10,800

so im lacking 1,800 tokens from leveling up!

more over i cannot pass the 10,800 number form rewards and my tokens from lvling up just go to waste so if i level up to 42 i will still have only 10,800 tokens

i encountered this first when i was clsoe to lvl20 same story stuck at 10800.

please help me to gain access to once again have a chance to gain rewards from my lvlup rewards (tokens)

and get me back my 1,800 lsot tokens

its very frustating issue because i cant buy any legends

as you may see at screenshots i bought only crypto and nothing else even in shop and im lvl 41
