- 2 years ago@TheRedLion93 All I got from them is 2 responses one asking me for emails and my xbox gamertag and the other asking me from what account I want to unlink my xbox from and what account to link it to but like I told them at the start I don't remember what EA account I used years ago to play apex on my xbox

Hopefully you get the response you're looking for and just get back to us if there have been any changes. - 2 years ago@TheRedLion93 I got a bunch of mails from them but every single one of them is from a different person and it all makes no sense I send all my info already and verified my emails to them and now I got a mail saying this : Thanks for reaching out EA help.

Upon reviewing your case, I see that you are contacting us regarding cross progression in Apex Legends.
Cross progression is a new feature which makes it possible to merge in game accounts but they need to be linked to the same EA account.
During the Cross Progression update process, we will identify what is referred to as your primary platform. This is determined by the highest level reached across all of your platforms. Content and Apex Coin balances will be associated with this singular account going forward, only the stats (i.e. progress) of this primary platform will be retained. The stats/progress of the other platforms will no longer be accessible." I would like to share that cross progression is for the gamers who already linked the two Persona on the same account, if you delink the persona from any other account and link it to any account then you will lose all the game progress automatically.
Note: to prevent exploitation, any secondary Apex Legends accounts created after Oct 26th for the same EA account, will not be eligible to be merged. We will be waiting for your response. In case you have any other query, please reach us back so that we can help you, accordingly.
