I get where you coming from but they specifically programmed their engine and their product to run with specific items.
Taking these away and downgrading to a previous outdated version will force them reprogram many features of the game.
Besides those facts,
You can't expect or demand certain updates from a free product given to you. You can however submit suggestion but I can guarantee you that this won't happen in your case.
Even I had upgraded my 13 year old core2duo, 3gb ddr2-ram system with something new. because I couldn't play any new releases since 2015. And I bought my upgrade for under 400 euros and I imagine it being cheaper in your country, I'm set for the next 5-10 years.

3200 MHz 16gb ddr4-ram
z270 gigabyte motherboard
120gb m2.5 ssd.
This alone can support the game using the cpu graphics chip.
Though I did buy a 1050ti 4gb for a higher quality experience with tripple A single player games.
I always go for budget system as having a 1080 or even a 2080 is just overkill especially when you're playing competitively and set all detail levels on the bare minimum to reduce input lag.

Hello, game developers, I have xeon e 5450, and I also, like many people, encountered an error when entering the game, I am a very big fan of the battleroyale and played with a friend in apex with great pleasure, but when I came home and downloaded this game, I jumped out an error which says that my processor does not support sse4.2 but supports sse4.1, a big request to solve this problem, in the game PUBG there was the same error but after 2-3 days with the release of the new patch everything was decided and the game worked, I am leading the fact that this game has potential, and many players want to play apex, I ask you to release a patch soon so that many players can start the game and play.
