Hi @Pug6789
To confirm the process of your accounts merging is automatic and cannot be skipped with Apex Legends. When your account is hit by CP, it will look at all currently linked platforms and merge all eligible items for access on each linked platform.
If you are missing items from one of the linked accounts, this could be for one of the following reasons:
- The progress/items were not eligible
- The Platform account was previously linked to a separate EA account (in which case your progress is on that account)
- You start playing on a platform after the Oct 26th, 2023 cut-off date (in which case no items from the account are eligible)
Would you be able to confirm if any of these apply to your account?

None of those apply to my account. I have checked and rechecked the official cross-progression page and confirmed this. My PSN account was created the week Apex came out, was over level 200, and had several purchased cosmetics, after my account was hit with cross-progression my level was set to around 30 and I lost all my cosmetics and badges.

Hi @Pug6789, Would it be possible to get a few exmaples of items your missing from the PSN account?
also to confirm, if you log into the PSN now, do you see any of that progress or items?- Pug67892 years agoNew Novice
I've checked my PSN account and none of my progress is there. I quite honestly don't remember everything that I had because it's been a while. I remember that I had several fully completed battle passes, several event badges including the week 1 player version of the first-anniversary badge, all DLC legends up to I believe season 10, and numerous skins including a few anniversary skins, several special skins like Voidwalker and recolors such as Airship Assassin.
