Online friends and club members not showing

Are they ever going to fix online friends and club members not showing unless you're on the same exact console? I found a quick fix for club members not showing but you have to do it everytime you lo...

    A good place to start would be with the basic and advanced connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any problems with your friends list after that please let me know. Thanks!

PS4 isn't showing either unless same console

    None of these seemed to work. It's cross platform friends haven't been showing for a couple seasons now. The only way I can see my PS4 friends in the lobby or if they're in my club is if I switch to the PS4 version.
