OOPS, Something went wrong, please try again later (100) apex legends

Something went wrong, please try again later (100) for Apex Legends. I tried uninstalling twice and I reopened and closed the app 40 times over. I am on PS4.

Change your DNS to google's DNS(primary:8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4 4) in your PS4
It worked for me

Apex shows and error that states “Unable to complete EA Account sign in [Code 100]. See ea.com for additional info.” I have already looked there and there wasn’t anything to give me a solution I can’t even play and I really enjoy this game. Please help me!

  Same. Two calls to EA and they said they can’t help right now
  
  Same thing happens with VIP and public Anthem demos. I’ve been completely unable to connect and thus, haven’t gotten past a loading screen.
  
  I’m not sure what the problem is. And I’m not sure they are either. I just hope it’s being looked into
  
  I’m certain though that it isn’t my system, or my connection.
  
  I think the new EA games just aren’t connecting with everyone’s EA account.
  
  I’m starting to lose hope

I have had this issue on my PS4 since the game launched. Battlefield 4 works just fine no login issue. I'm going to download Apex Legends on my PC to see what happens.
