OOPS, Something went wrong, please try again later (100) apex legends

Something went wrong, please try again later (100) for Apex Legends. I tried uninstalling twice and I reopened and closed the app 40 times over. I am on PS4.

Change your DNS to google's DNS(primary:8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4 4) in your PS4

I’ve tried playing Apex Legends since it came out, but have been unable to do so. It hits me with “unable to connect” every time. I assumed it was my system, because my boyfriend is able to play on his console. But I signed into my account on his system and it still doesn’t work. Why won’t it let me play?
