Open mic threshold completely not working over multiple headsets and computers

hi guys 

This issue is just on apex , my in game chat microphone volume for team mates gets way to loud where they can’t hear anything over my voice , my open mic threshold no matter what I do goes all the way as if I’m yelling when I speak even softly or breathe , even with threshold turned up. 

this is happening over two of my different gaming pc and over 3 different head sets , so it’s apex the game or perhaps steam 

I have downloaded the game on my week old new gaming pc and had the issue so there’s no issue of repairing files or such. 

this issue arose in season 13 update and there’s nothing I can see or find to fix it. Even new headset I’m way to loud.   

iv tried turning microphone down in device properties and even in game software but it does nothing for apex in game chat I sound way way to loud , it’s not playable for high ranked when in master games my teammates can’t hear over my calls.
