Opening inventory screen causes micro-stutter

I have this exact same issue, very annoying

Playing game through steam 

Anytime I close inventory there is a micro stutter

Please help!

I have found more details about this issue. Inventory micro-stutter doesn't occur in Broken Moon map. In the all other maps, micro-stutter happens when you open inventory. I have realized that problem is caused by the minimap which is located top-left on the screen. Textures in the minimap doesn't render correctly and that causes micro-stutter for 0.5-1 second. You can see that on the second screenshot which was taken after inventory screen.

I have same issue on both dx11 and dx12, when i open inventory minimap goes blury for 1sec and when it gets back to normal it stutters….
