Origin Chat Offline Issue (Feb 2020)

First, I can log in Apex Legends and play the game alone. But I can see no one in my friend list. I tried every method on Google and YouTube but im still offline. [Only CHAT offline] I contact EA ...

Gotcha. Can you also try clearing out your Origin cache for me to see if that helps as well? For more info on how to clear the cache check out the EA Help website.

Let me know if it's still happening after that.

@EA_Kent I've cleaning cache like 4 or 5 times already. And re install 10+ times.... It wont work. ☹️

  Setting / update and security / recovery / reset this PC / keep my files. That worked for me just had to reinstall origin and apex
