First, I can log in Apex Legends and play the game alone. But I can see no one in my friend list.
I tried every method on Google and YouTube but im still offline. [Only CHAT offline]
I contact EA Advisers but they told me it's unfixable right now.
Apex season 4 is right coming today but I can't still play with my friends, I feel painful.
Anyone knows how to fix it?
My wife and I were experiencing the same issue. our desks are right next to each other. the only difference in our setup is she uses Wifi and I was using an Ethernet connection. I disabled my Ethernet connection and came up on Wifi and immediately it showed us as online for each other. I then turned off Wifi and re-enabled Ethernet and we can still see each other online. It must have just been a network reset that fixed it. But resetting the router multiple times didn't solve the issue before..
