Other options if appeals are declined?

I have recently received a communication from EA Support, a term I use with some reservation given the absence of any assistance thus far – a circumstance I am unfortunately inclined to believe will persist.

I would like to seek guidance on alternative channels for communication, as my attempts to engage have proven unfruitful. Despite multiple posts, I refrained from expressing anger or frustration. However, it is important to convey my growing dissatisfaction as this marks my third post on the matter. Regrettably, the two prior submissions have been consistently marked as spam.

Three cases concerning the same issue are declined, and my concern lies in there oversight of the context provided. It appears that the focus is solely on verifying the legitimacy of the ban without due consideration of the detailed content of my submissions.

I am open to any constructive assistance or clarification that can be extended in this regard as I am eager for a resolution.

Although uncertain if sharing direct links to my previous posts would facilitate visibility, I will include one for reference, considering both posts were identical. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

EA Support your attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated. I trust that with your assistance, we can swiftly arrive at a satisfactory resolution. It is disheartening to emphasize, however, that the recurrent challenges with EA Support are becoming increasingly frustrating. The lack of substantial engagement and the repeated oversight of my concerns is truly appalling. I want to emphasize that I have not engaged in any form of cheating. EA Support, this continuous neglect is unacceptable!

    Hey @ImJohnKindred,

    While I understand why you'd be looking for other avenues, the only team able to review or change account actions would be our Terms of Service team.

    It sounds as though you've already filed multiple appeals with them, which would be the only way to have something like this reviewed.

    If they've completed multiple investigations and still declined to remove a penalty, I'm afraid that will be final and not something that can be changed in a separate channel either, sorry.

  • Exact same thing happening to me. Almost 3 years of trying to get any answer I can, and all I get back is the same email response as you. I play solely on console as well, so I have no idea what could have caused my account ban. They won’t even speak to me or give me a reason either.

    Same issue I just got banned for which is dumb 8m not having 3rd parties buying my cards. Game d9nt know what supply and demand is! If I sale a card for 50k and game says its only worth 25k then someone buys it. Is that not a win for me as I'm making more coin. This is just dumb to be banned for it and if card d9nt sale guess what I will have to come down on price. 

  • I am literally having this same problem. Crazy that ea has such lax methods for security of the accounts and that they just throw bans around Willy nilly.

  • Honestly I haven’t found any hope anywhere in getting unbanned. I have submitted my case and just been waiting like they told me too. 13 days later and still nothing from this “investigative” terms of service team except the same “thankyou for using ea help” email . I play on ps5 and have played every madden since 03. Never used a third party  service or cheated in anyway . Never received an infraction before. So I’m my opinion there is clearly a problem going on with EA’s side of things . They are either putting out so many bans that they can’t keep up with all the new cases coming in. Or they have some type of flawed algorithm system that keeps false banning people which is leading to the same thing. Or opponents are getting salty and reported people for cheating and they’re actually getting banned from it. Which isn’t right at all.  I do understand mistakes happen but what I don’t understand is how hard it is to get a fair chance of getting your account unbanned if you actually were false banned. The people on here can’t do anything, the people on live chat can’t do anything and you can’t just get in contact with the TOS team. I’ve looked everywhere and all I see is people complaining about  how long they've waited to be unbanned and still are . And these community managers copying and pasting the same thing over and over again . Im just so frustrated because I know I didn’t do anything to receive a permanent ban but I can’t do anything about it except wait for EA to make things right . 100s of hours spent and 100s of dollars spent . All gone. I went from winning a h2h mut game 12-0, my opponent quitting then me going back to the Home Screen to see I was perm banned . Literally just want a response and my account back. 

  • You want to talk about circumstances that are unfortunate? How about the fact of many much money I’ve put into you’re games over the years just to be treated like what I have to say is not important. How do you think as a long term invested customer that makes me feel? It feels like I’m being cheated out of my money and time. Your support team doesn’t even know what to say have the time because even they don’t know. You banned me because I broke your terms of service but yet technically your terms of service are completely falsified because there is no real person to inquire to about any of it. Look at my account and tell me I didn’t buy all the packs directly from your ea store and correctly buy and sell all the cards on the auction house based on your set prices I can buy and sell them for? Because I did it’s insane that none of you even took a look into and you had an ai that’s in your systems pic me out my friend that you once again falsely accused of buying coins from me is wrong because he as well has also put real money into your game the correct way i purchased the players he put up number one because I can and number two because we enjoy your game by playing squads together so we build each others teams up and play the game the correct way. So please do go right ahead and share with me why this is wrong once you actually check over the facts of this.

  • It’s actually incredible how wrong this company and everyone that works them is. It’s a joke they are all talking to us like they do anything but direct the problem back to us by in reality they are the problem they lie cheat and steal they are criminals and until they prove me wrong every single person will hear that from me 

  • @ImJohnKindred Read my replies and read this to because you bring up the word neglect is blasphemy considering the neglect you treat your customers with is unacceptable and should be documented as well as the wrong doing ea does to all of its games you people wouldn’t have job if it wasn’t for how awful the game is but you don’t want anything to get better because then you’d be out of work if the game was actually fixed 🤣
