Out of Snapshots, Client Hitched freezes the game for a second

When i launch the game these errors pop up. Lobby stutters/freezes when they pop up. When in firing range and out of snapshots or client hitched pops up, my game stutters/freezes, but my fps is stabl...

Are you using a Killer network card in your PC?

    Nope!

    Here is info from system information:

    Name [00000001] Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (7) I219-V
    Adapter Type Ethernet 802.3
    Product Type Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (7) I219-V
