Out of Sync Error - Abandon Penalty

I also have had this problem several times. I play ranked matches and this causes me lost points and lost time. It's frustrating and is a huge chunk of the reason as in why I continue to step away from this game. Don't get me wrong I truly enjoy apex. It's smooth and fun, but these bugs are massively frustrating as you can imagine. I have taken all the othe steps here as I'm a streamer, and a smooth game is better then one that runs badly. Please contact me with a solution or maybe take a look at this and see that I'm not lying and have been robbed about 150 to 175 points maybe more as I'm in platinum working on diamond.

I'm afraid we can't really help with the lost RP, but I'd be happy to try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop these disconnections from happening. 

Can you let me know which platform you're playing on? 

Yeah absolutely I play on ps4, and I definitely understand the whole rp thing. I'm reasonable, I would just love a resolution to this problem as to not keep losing my rp. Thank you for responding I'm looking forward to working with you to eliminate this problem.

When you have the chance can you try running through the basic and advanced connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website? If you're still seeing any disconnections or other issues after that please let me know.

Got the same problem and just saying get a better internet connection wont fix it. It shouldnt even be there in the first place.
Why on earth do you get instant penalty for Out of sync. 

Why is there not something like a 1 Minute window where you can join back in no matter what. This would help your teammates as well as you -  win win. 
Way better than just kicking you from the round, giving you minu points, a 10 Minute penalty, the will to smash your screen and leaving your teammates as a duo.

- Could as well restrict this to like a certain time period of the match or when there's still a certain amount of squads/players left so it doesnt get abused in the endgame but please do something about it. It's just dumb that you can join back in on normal rounds in no time but when it counts you get hit in the face for not having good internet for a second.

mine happened too ...any way to solve this ASAP? i got 3 time abandon penalty within 3 matchmaking
