If you're still coming across out of sync errors try these steps below. There are some additional steps in the basic connection troubleshooting link I sent you below.
Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console.
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
PS4:
Power Cycle
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

I've the same problem after the last update, I try to Uninstall the game and download it again but it is not working, try to refresh the network also not working, need help I can't play a single game without kicked out of server.
