Hey all, just because other games work fine does not mean at it is not a connection issue.
I'd recommend speaking with your ISP again and seeing what they can recommend.

I've also been experiencing this problem since season 12 dropped, 90% of the time i don't even load into a game when my teammates do. Then the few games that i do load into i will have 80% packet loss. Its only this game where this problem occurs, I've done packet loss tests and confirmed its not my internet, I've tried everything from changing my net channel to changing my DNS and everything in between, after a month of this i contacted my ISP who said that there isn't anything wrong on their end and i should just stop playing the game if it doesn't work. I've spent thousands of dollars on events and apex packs since season 2 and now I cannot even use them. If this problem is not fixed I will have to quit playing Apex ☹️ ... And its clearly not a rare issue as i know at least 7 friends with the same issue with different service providers and platforms, not to mention all these poor souls in this forum whose problems are just being ignored. Absolutely sad to see this from such a lovely game.
