Packet loss every few games after new update season 14,15!!

11 weeks with packet loss . 

i have been playing this game since the beginning (4 years). I never had a problem with packet loss. after the new season 14 update, I have 11 weeks of packet loss. coincidence? definitely not. I reported the problem here and they don't care at all. they just don't care about the players. the problem is not on my side. I have professional optical internet, the one I've always had. other games work normally, only in this game there is packet loss.
