Packet loss in server

I swear whenever there is a new season or split they mess the servers up. I've been experiencing packet loss only in ranked matches as well as getting kicked and losing double the points on top of the penalty because I got kicked because of the packet loss. Apex please fix your servers as well as what actually abandoning a match is.
