I have returned to the game after like a year, and suddenly I have packet loss every second game and a high ping even tho I play on the lowest ping and 0 packet loss server or so, and sometimes it tells me I have 0 of every currency even tho it's not true and there are white squares on the numbers, tried some simple fixes for the packet loss issues like reinstalling, putting onto different ssd but nothing really worked, help please, I can't play like this
I've been searching for a solution to this for ages too. It's a horrible experience and everything is unplayable. Loading into the game itself doesn't take long but once in the lobby, the currency and the character display moving sync animations as if loading but only for one second before freezing for like 5 seconds. This is just on the lobby. my currencies show 0 and I can't go onto the seasonal, legends, loadout or store tabs only play and club.
Then once loading for matches, I have other issues. In my party of two, my friend will show unready all of a sudden on my screen and then later shows as in match as he's connected to a match without me. This has happened in ranked situations for us too.
Finally, in matches, at the start of the game, it is incredibly glitchy. Flying in is super glitchy all the way down. My movement feels smooth for the most part but some animations can sometimes glitch out, but it's mainly the surroundings. My teammate, other players, are lagging about the map and my shots sometimes are not registered, meanwhile I'm being shot dead. Loot box sounds don't exist for the most part. Later in the game feels better and actually somewhat playable but sometimes not entirely so yeah. Game breaking. I also can see the 3 red squares connectivity error indicating packet loss.
Meanwhile I'm sitting on 3-6ping on London or Belgium GCE-3 servers with 0% PL. My internet speed is 96mb/s Up & 72mb/s Down. Router was reset 3 times, ethernet cable checked. All good.

Initially ran ultra, then dropped everything to low and no change.
Then tested out other games like rainbow 6 siege and iracing and I had no connectivity issues in those games. And they require good internet for things to be smooth and indeed they were. So only in apex did I have this issue.
Then, I try to play apex on my xbox one s, and I get the same issue. Also connected via ethernet and have had no problems since living her for over a year and it is literally only apex that has issues.

The clips attached display the visual elements of the issue and how they affect gameplay. Unfortunately I didn't get my recording settings right on my capture app so the audio of the PC isn't audible and in turn, the audio issues described aren't shown. I'll go out to capture some more footage when I have the chance to.
Please help us. I want to get back to playing this game but I can't if it's bloody broken.
