Packet loss on ps4 pro

I have this problem with packet loss since 2 weeks , im on ps4 pro , I've done all possible fix , i even get in to the router settings made a port forwarding still the same problem i reset the router, initialize ps4 I've done everything . Still same problem packet loss

@th3errorx Wanted to see if you are still seeing packet loss? Are you on a wired or wireless connection?

@th3errorx It's possible higher packets times are connected to this, However with the ping times from the data list there is usually minor loss here. If the game is able to remain stable in the lobby and then into matches you should not run into issues.

Nothing changed , same problem packet loss ...the internet provider said that the internet line works fine haz no packet loss . They check it and the results are 6.9 ping and 0% packet loss .
The packet loss is on all servers starting with Frankfurt 1 , 2 Belgium 1, 2 Amsterdam , London....can't play with 35 to 50% packet loss ..in lobby is stable no disconnection...all is up to date , reinstalled ps4 software ,update router still same problem .

I have the same problem, my connection is okay, every other game runs normal except for apex. I don't seem to find a solution neither does the apex team...
