Packet loss ps4

Been getting packet loss for a couple of seasons now some games are ok but once It starts it doesn't finish have contacted my isp and they say it's nothing on their side was wondering if anyone could...

Hi sorry I've took so long to reply @EA_Aljo and Yes I'm on a wired connection I have also tried on a wireless connection to see if I have any problems with the cable I'm using and still the packet loss

  Try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
