Packet loss

I've been playing since the game came out and never really had any issues(not this bad at least) I've had the same Internet for over 6 months without any issues. Then this month no matter what I do or change survers I'm getting insane packet loss. My ping is pretty low but packet loss will shoot up to 80 sometimes and I have no problems with any other games in my library. Is there anything I can try to do besides the obvious ? I've re installed reset my router, system everything I just want to play 😭
