When you have the chance could you post a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more info on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website.

Looking through the DxDiag I noticed there were some errors coming from a program called GameManagerService.exe. This should be Razer Synapse. If you've currently got Synapse running have you checked to see if there might be any updates available for it? Would it be possible to try disabling it to test and see if that has any effect?

I tried all your suggestions but still no luck,same error again.

If you are given a location to a file, please delete that file and then try to repair the game on Origin, this may alleviate the problem for most.
If you are just given the name of a file, search for that in your PC's files where Apex is stored and do the same (delete file, then REPAIR through Origin).
