Party Not Ready

I was playing fine early yesterday and then it starts glitching out it says party not ready when there is no one in my party. It won’t let people join  or me join other peoples. When I send invites. It automatically kicks me out the party after every game when we eventually get it to let me join. I have to constantly close and reopen game. Don’t know what happened but it is pissing me off. Really need help. It’s failing to fully load me in also but when I play by myself it works fine for the most part. It’s not even cross platform these people also have play stations.
