Passed 500 packs for my heirloom, even after looking through my purchase history
I've been playing apex since day one, bought basically every battle pass since season 4 and hit tier 110, bought apex packs with the apex coins gotten from the pass, almost level 400, and bought 260 packs. I added them all up and I have over 530 packs opened on my account. I don't know why it still hasn't shown up in a pack even with the guarantee of one in 500 packs
