Password reset is being sent to an email that is not mine.

I logged into apex a few days ago and it is giving me a screen that is wanting me to reset my EA password. It sent it to a random email that I have never seen and don’t have access to.
I have tried to get help through EA and that is a joke.

I’m not sure if i was hacked or what.

HELP!!!!
