Password reset
What do I do when apex says I have to reset my password, I do, and it still doesn’t let me log in saying I need to reset password.

Are you trying to reset the password for the account you're posting with? If so, that appears to be the wrong account as it has never played Apex. If you don't know the email of the account you play on, try contact an advisor.
