PC 1 Frame freeze at start ( during the first seconds of the jump)

Hi there! 
Have a problem at the start of the game . After 2-5 seconds after jump video stops at 1 frame, But background sounds can be heard after that ( not sure about voices of characters or voice chat)
I have to ALT+F4 and reload game everytime this happens because no matter how much I waited - I see only 1 frame as a screenshot.
This happens once per 5-10  games.

I have little out of date CPU, maybe that's the problem but game runs very good on it.
Maybe i need to change my Graphics settings. Already tryed different variations of V-sync \ Textures quality \ shadows etc., (nothing helps yet) But I do not have enough knowledge about this and it is difficult to set up the settings optimally - I have to check for hours if the problem disappears

• 16 Gb RAM ddr3 ~1333
• 500gb HDD
