@Asmodeus566Thank you. I think most of the people in here have taken every road possible.
First thing i did was a live chat. The person said they cant do anything cause there's an active ban. Then he kept asking me if i want to appeal until i finally said okay. Ofc that went nowhere cuz there was n additional info provided to the TOS team.
Second thing i did was write to the technical support. Cause after all i think this is a technical glitch of some sort.,Since it was stated many times that a ban on PC Account, rightfully or not, would NOT affect the console account. The technical support just fwd it to the TOS team, they treated it as an appeal and declined.
Third thing i did is to finally actually appeal. I provided bulletproof evidence that i have not been n PC Apex in any sort or form since January 2022. I provided screenshots etc. I do know a lot of people lie or exaggerate so im even willing to provide my Steam and Ea App Logins so they can check by themselves. But i made sure my Names and ID's were visable in the screenshots.
I assume that the third, the only "real appeal " I did wasnt even read anymore cause after the second i got an ""After completing two full investigations into your complaint, we consider this matter closed."and so less than 8 hours later i got a message that they wont change anything.
Its like running against walls. And honestly, it should not even be necessary to appeal in the first place since our console accounts should not be affected by the Cross progression at all.
