PC can run everything BUT Apex, why?

I've been wanting to play Apex, but for some reason, my PC, which is far better than the recommended system requirements, can't run the tutorial. Put everything down, on lowest settings but saw no change. My computer can usually run about everything, so does anyone know a reason why this is happening? Thanks.
