At home I'm running a i7 8700, 16GB DDR4, RTX2080Ti with Gsync. Game runs fine around 144 most of the time, however there's random stutters. Maybe like 5 or 6 a game. Looking at RTSS, the frametime jumps up to about 100ms per, while it usually sits around 8-10ms. Tried pretty much everything, disabling g-sync, using the various vsync solutions in game, running the game super low, capping the frames in RTSS or via commands in Origin. No avail. I've tried the game on my work machine, which is an older i7, 32GB DDR3 and an older Geforce Titan model, and it runs fine. Hits the 60 cap with no hitching in sight. Odd. Any insight/suggestions or fixes would be hugely appreciated!Tried other games to see if the issue persists, but so far, GTAV, DOOM, Division 2 and one of our in-development titles haven't shown these symptoms at all!Including my DXDiag if that can be of any help!

its not like the cap itself is the issue, the average frametime of 144fps is around 7-8ms is still very smooth if it STAYED there.The weird thing is that a full on world war 2 in skulltown can be smooth, but being alone in a cave with no one even near you can be a frametime spiking hell.

Thanks for the reply, @EA_Blueberry !As @nITUUUUUU mentioned, it's hard to discern whether it's related to the framerate cap at all, as the stutter can happen in low stress situations, while more demanding firefights full of particles and ragdoll simulations can run buttery smooth. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing if that update can alleviate these issues. Cheers.

Install an run Intelligent standby list cleaner ISLC an test it , maybe works

I only have 1 gpu.Running ISLC and removing gameDVR through the registry has atleast made it playable. only drawback is that it feels like the pc is taking a * everytime you alt-tab

It sounds like this could be related, however if we find any workarounds for your specific RTX card we'll do our best to update you. FRAME RATE CAPPED TO 144 ON PC In the last patch we made an update with the intent to cap frames at 300 if players bypassed the default 144 frames per second. This introduced a bug that capped frames to 144 regardless if players uncapped it or not. In the next patch we’ll be fixing this so the cap is 300 as intended. (Source)

A new driver came out for your RTX card a couple days ago. Can you try downloading the latest one to see if that helps?

Same for me, but a bit more frequent and not as high as 100ms I think. Afterburner wont measure my frametime for some reason so I cant check.
its been like this since launch for me and no nvidia drivers has changed it, even the recent 419.67

some stuff I've tried:
flushed dns
Hard reinstalled Origin
opened ports
reinstalled windows

I've drained EA support of suggestions, their next step is to bring me in contact with a "game expert" whatever that means

Hi Blueberry,

Tried with both the latest drivers, and the revision beforehand. Neither have any noticeable effect or difference with this issue.

That's a sweet rig. Can you try disabling one of those RTX cards you have to see if it still stutters?
