That's perfect @Viper8014.
So looking at the UO Trace you still have a number of hops with very high ping time but more worrying are the two hops on which you have 1% and 2% packet loss. Any packet loss other than 0% and 100% is cause for concern and can cause issues with connection. The best thing to do is go through the steps I shared above and if you continue to see the issues with % loss you may need to speak with your ISP.
Have you been able to set your phone as a hot spot and connect using it to see if the issue remains there?

Ok with all respect to u darko..... so from what i see...u guys in the support office are just doing this ....copy and paste this message for everyone .....but i'm telling u ....the game is not responding in the task manager ....how can that be a network problem ...i may be dumb in some of the troubleshooting things ..but notwork wont make the game stop and freeze and lag (FPS LAG!!) and freeze ....network lags are very very known ......and if u will say that it's my pc performance issue in your next message ...then NO no and NO ....i've been playing this game since the release and that wasn't happening ....so face the fact that all of those problems happened after that update...

Hey @Viper8014 based on the documents you supplied I can see clear issues with connection. Packet loss of any kind is a huge cause for concern and while 1% and 2% packet loss may not seem like much to you, it can be the difference between the game working or not.
Just because other games work without issue does not mean that all will. Every game is different and if your network settings are not set correctly or your ISP is routing your data in a strange way then you can have issues.
Have you been able to set your phone as a hot spot and connect using it to see if the issue remains there?

me and a friend of mine have the exact same issuses since yesterday -.- it is pretty much unplayable - good internet machince etc.

they just say that its our network problem and they dont get it ....like if it was our network problem then why it only appered after this update not before it ...like wow

It has nothing to do with our internet conncetion i play with 10 diffrent people since the patch were released and the all of them have the same issue at the same time. Its just there servers are *. They were * before but now with the patch they just broke it. If the server stay like this you dont need to release season 2 cause no one will be able to play it anayway.

Please stop spreading misinformation @Viper8014.
As I advised you in my last post, your UO Trace is showing clear connection issues. You need to speak with your ISP in relation to improving your connection.

I am only trying to help you @Viper8014. I understand that you are frustrated but the UO Trace that you ran and shared shows clear connection issues. I have advised you of the best course of action to take, if the troubleshooting steps make no difference then you need to speak with your ISP as based on the information you provided I can see a clear connection issue on your end which will cause connection issues.

- 7 years ago@EA_Darko omg stop that if this is the kind of advice cuz that is making me more boiling mad ....ok i have a connection issue ok ..i believe u ....why it didn't show up in all the 400+ hour i played on this game ...i only want an answer for that ...i know that i have a connection issue ...i just want someone to answer this question for me ....

There could be any number of reasons why the issue has only recently appeared @Viper8014 and the best people to answer this question is your ISP.

Show them the UO Trace and any half decent tech adviser will know immediately that you are having issues @Viper8014.
Any packet loss of 1% to 99% is a huge issue so jus highlight that to them.
