Performance issues on latest Apex Legends patch

Hey everyone.

Today I started noticing very low GPU usage while playing Apex, This issue just happends while in-game, in the main menu uses all the resources from my gpu, but when entering a game it drastically lowers the usage.

I barely get decent fps outside towns, but it's obviously not my graphics card fault.I did before this update get constant 60fps anywhere in the map, but now is unplayable. 

Any type of help is appreciated.

My system specs are: CPU: AMD FX 8350 GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 2GB RAM: 12GB DDR3 OS: Windows 10 build 1903 Nvidia drivers: 436.30

I did reinstall the game and did a fresh install of the nvidia drivers, didin't help at all.
