Perma ban for THIS (Please Read :])

So i'm making this as a last resort and also as a farewell to this game and trash company. EA has shown me how little they care about their customers and community and because of that i have uninstalled Origin and quitting Apex. Mind you, i only started playing this game a few months ago and i grew to really enjoy Apex Legends. My boyfriend got me into it and it was a game me and a couple of friends came to enjoy and played together often. But when my boyfriend gifted me apex coins by logging into my account and buying them with his card since there is no GIFTING service, i got banned soon after. At first i thought i was banned for suspected hacking or because EA made a mistake (as i hear they often do) but after putting in many cases and waiting over half a month for an answer they finally got back to me that they were not gonna lift the ban without even telling me why i was banned in the first place. I had to figure out how to live chat with an agent by not going into the banned category and managed to get SOME kind of info as to why i was banned. Turns out if someone from another country gifts you content, it violates the terms of sale. I would have no idea why something so minimal like that would warrant a perma ban but what really beats me is that even after an APPEAL explaining what happened, how i was not aware that this was against the terms of sale and agreeing to negotiate the restoration of my account with perhaps a short suspension or maybe take back the content i bought with those gifted apex coins cause a perma ban for having my boyfriend buy me apex coins while he's in a different country? Really? I had no malicious intent, in fact I invested into this game. So has my boyfriend. They banned his account too cause they tracked his card and my boyfriend has been playing since BETA and has invested at least 300+ dollars into this game and they perma ban him for something like this. Is there really no fight i can make about this? Cause this is beyond ridiculous. Me and my friends have stopped playing it cause they find this to be an absolute scam. EA lost 4 customers plus me and my boyfriend and i WILL spread the word around about how they treat their customers like dog trash.
