Perma Ban
I was permit banned last night for a name I used on steam for 3 days, the name was [Edited] I didn't realize at the time it was in breach of TOS but I understand why it is now. I had no warning no 2 week or month ban just a instant permit ban. I have been banned for 2 weeks once before almost 4 years ago. I don't understand why I wasn't given 2 weeks or a month and just slapped with a permit ban. I have spent 3k hours on this account and $3.5k on this account. I would do almost anything to get my account back, it hold a lot of emotional value to me and I want nothing more then to have my account back. Ill take a voice chat ban or a text chat ban anything to get my account back. EA will not email me back and I have opened two tickets, I don't know what to do.
