Hey Reolch,
If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. Feel free to include your login history, hardware information, and other details you have on hand within your appeal to support your innocence.
Unfortunately, we can't support appeal requests here on the forums, as we don't have the necessary tools or records to investigate. Once you create that appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. Thanks!
Thank you for the reply.
I have already submitted multiple appeals, all of which were denied. The key evidence is that according to my official EA data export (Request-2825171), there were zero gameplay sessions on May 23 - the exact day the ban was applied. Last session was May 20. This should be enough for a manual review.

Reolch Sorry to say, but we can't handle appeals here on the forums; you'll need to continue submitting an appeal for the Terms of Service team to take another look. Please note that all appeal reviews are manual.
Just to quickly clarify, account actions aren't always applied on the same day the violation behaviour occurred. So the ban being applied on May 23 does not necessarily mean the violation took place the same day.
If you've received an appeal-declined message, it means the team has found evidence supporting the ban. In that case, feel free to gather what evidence you can and appeal again. As long as the team doesn't respond with a message stating they consider the decision final, you'll still have an opportunity to appeal.
