Permanent Packet Loss and High Ping

Hello, I am playing on PC that is connected to 500 mb/s GPON internet connection through the cable that is connected directly into the router. No Wi-Fi. Only cable.  And I play on the Frankfurt 1/...

There are some troubleshooting steps we can try which may help with the issues you've been seeing.
