Permanent Packet Loss and High Ping

Hello, I am playing on PC that is connected to 500 mb/s GPON internet connection through the cable that is connected directly into the router. No Wi-Fi. Only cable. And I play on the Frankfurt 1/...

Located in Austria/Vienna

Provider is Magenta Telekom

I play over Ethernet. Never on WIFI

I still have Packet Loss every now and then . sometimes more sometimes less.

Tonight its even worse.
It used to be maybe every 4th round. Right now its almost every game.
Quitting to Lobby not possible. Has to Force close and restart.
Look Screenshot. this is your Frankfurt and London Server for me. 200ms 30 Loss. I checked my connection but its fine to anywhere else.
When will you fix this pls

    I'm from Malaysia. Keep experiencing this issue too.
