Permanently Banned Message (Never have played a game on PC)

I am an xbox player and my account has been linked to my PC for some time. I just got the cross progression notification, and I am getting a message saying I am permanently banned on PC? I have never...

@EA_Barry Its not about a dispute though, this is about a ban from another system carrying over when EA stated this wouldnt happen with cross progression.
