Hi everyone, I'm just having a look into this 🙂
Are all of you playing on PC? Could you please try to fully close Apex Legends and Origin and then boot Origin and Apex Legends, go past the title screen and check if the points show up?
Apologies if you tested this already, but could you please try again and let me know if it fixes it or not?

the fact you guy aren't ready or willing to compensate for this mishap is crazy.
we deserve well over 1000 apex coins for this debacle. we not only got shilled on the package deal but we get to sit around idly as console players get to flaunt their complete package with a disc and you guys haven't even made a public announcement that this issue is a effecting a very large number of players which shows the lack of transparency you guys display in your business practices.- 6 years ago
What I wanna know is why did you change the stance from compensating people with the coins to waiting to an unknown amount of time? Scooter on EA Help Facebook compensated a user with proof of purchase and proof of account ownership.
Also, censoring some stuff is okay but censoring the sharing of information in regards to their legal rights is kind of scummy.
I can be patient as long as this is fixed before the end of the Halloween event but after that would be messed up simply put.
Also, if this isn't fixed by the time I get home I'll happily post a screenshot with my apex coin balance.

Same problem as others on the form....😞
Bought both versions of physical edition and received no coins for either just wondering when this will be fixed or be compensated....?
To state I am on PC and purchased both Bloodhound and Lifeline editions and got 0 apex coins
