Physical Edition Apex Coins Not In My Account.

just redeemed my physical copy of lifeline edition, upon login my thanks for purchasing notification appeared and i was able to receive all of my cosmetics but my 1000 apex coins are not present in m...

Hi everyone, I'm just having a look into this 🙂

Are all of you playing on PC? Could you please try to fully close Apex Legends and Origin and then boot Origin and Apex Legends, go past the title screen and check if the points show up?

Apologies if you tested this already, but could you please try again and let me know if it fixes it or not?

Same problem as others on the form....😞

Bought both versions of physical edition and received no coins for either just wondering when this will be fixed or be compensated....?

To state I am on PC and purchased both Bloodhound and Lifeline editions and got 0 apex coins

I just have quit origin logged in, played game and closed the game to no avail. Also rebooted game and PC many times with same result.
The codes were loaded 2 days ago as of now.
