PING EXTREMELY HIGH

I'm from São Paulo, Brazil, and I have a big problem with my ping. Always stays around 220ms(lobby) and 160~175(game match). It looks like that Apex send me to another server whem I'm playing, because this is the only game that it happens. My internet connection is always good and stable, doesnt make sense this ping.

I tried to download the game through Steam and EA Play, changed the DNS config, applied the Portuguese language(just tried) on steam, reinstalled, deleted the user profile... Is there any other thing that I can do to fix it?
