Ping higher than before

my ping on hong kong servers was around 60-80 but since 3 or 4 days ago its been consistently at 130 and others seem to be having the same issue as me from different servers. This might be related to the new server changes that have just released this is not my network problem and it is only affecting hong kong servers while every other servers ping hasn't changed.

its not just hong kong servers. I went from playing on 80-90 ping on sinagpore servers from australia to now being on 130 ping every game, people teleporting everywhere with crazy packet loss. ggs apex, unplayable.
