Ping is high only during APEX lobbies and battles.

I'm a Japanese player, and when I play APEX, my ping gets extremely high and I can't play.

Specifically, if you check the ping of Tokyo-related servers on the main menu, it will be displayed as 5ms to 10ms.
However, in the lobby it shows 300-500ms.
Once a match starts, it typically takes about 20 to 50 milliseconds.
However, once an enemy player is encountered and a battle begins, the ping jumps from 120ms to 500ms.
Is there any good solution?

This issue does not occur even when playing Street Fighter 6 or VALOLANT, it only occurs in APEX.
