Ping skyrocketing out of nowhere and getting kicked

Hi @EA_Aljo @I play on ps4, I use wireless internet but I did assume that it was my internet as first so I tried for a bit by using my lan cable connected to my router and plugging it directly to my Playstation. And it's not the internet because I get fairly good speeds between 5mbs-15mbs. Although i did call my ISP and had them send a technician out to see if the issue is on their side but the fault isn't theirs. I normally play at least 2 hours a day after work and sometime all night. I have not played in days due to this issue. It is really making the game unplayable

I already play on ping that's high due to the fact that iI'm from South Africa playing on Belgium and London servers. 250+ but I still play, enjoy and invest money into the game. So this is really a making me question playing this game in the future.

I truly enjoy this game, truth be told its the only i play and I'm very invested into it so could you please find a way to resolve this issue.

I would really highly advise that you stick to a wired connection. What you're experiencing is common with wireless. When you switched to a wire, did you also power cycle your equipment?

@EA_Aljo so I stuck to the wired internet as you said and i went on and played 2 matches. Yet again I've lost rp. Idk whats going on at this point but it is becoming very frustrating. Please find a way to resolve this issue because it is not my connection. Thank you for your time. 

@EA_Aljo I do understand that you guys have alot on your plate with the hackers and things and my issue may seem small but it really is making me lose my nerve in playing and i don't want that. I love this game. Please find someway to fix this

Did you power cycle your equipment after switching to a wire? If not, it would be good to do so. Also, do you have a PC by chance? If so let’s find out how your connection is reaching our servers. Can you run a UO Trace and screenshot the results? Instructions are here.
