Player balancing in Apex Legends

I've been playing this game for quiet a lot and i'm really enjoying it however, this matchmaking balance is *. Currently I am level 31 with over 100 kills and 4-5 wins and I am constantly being matchmaked with people that are level 1-10 with only few kills that can't glide or shoot or do anything. I'm not saying it's their fault, they are new to the game and it's normal to be bad at start, but why aren't they in match with their level. And also most annoying part is when champion squad is showed (or generally when my squad is eliminated) , people that are showed there or people that eliminated me are over my level with a lot of kills. If EA is going to put every level together in a same match, then why do we even need levels? To sum up PLEASE for the love of god fix matchmaking balance and put people with their levels in one match.

Neither of those weapons are a pistol, or a shotgun. The two weapons in that recap are the Charge Rifle, a sniper, and the R-301, a fully automatic rifle.

@DrRobotGuy i totally agree. In fact.. i'm the noob you're talking about. I just started the game a week ago max... i still miss my target quite often :P I really like the game but i'm really disappointed how team are unbalanced, even in ranked parties.
how can a noob get any chances against much more experienced players (the huge difference is in the team as with our enemies).
anyway... the game is cool, so i hope the problem will be less present at higher "lvls".
