Players or squad mates not loading into character select

Hello

My friends and I are seeing the following issues:

When in a squad and queuing up not everyone loads at the same time. I some cases one player never joins at all.

Leaving your squad one man down. At the same time this also happens when playing with randoms.

you load in but only 2 people are in the character select. So you join the game only to lose likely because you are one man down.

The in the End game screen it shows a third member of your party. One that never selected a character nor ever spawned in before the drop.

We see this maybe every 3-4 games and its getting real old real fast.
