Playstation and PC Cross Progression
Hello, looking for some help on linking my playstation and pc account,
ive always had them linked together on the EA page and i can see my PSN name on the EA website which is linked, however i have never gotten the cross progression prompt, my sony account has much more items and stuff and i am currently on pc, both accounts are years old, made a ticket for this, and it just says 'waiting on player' or something, but they havent even replied to me in the first place, also cant resume case, just sends me to the main menu of help?

Just to clarify, Cross Progression allows you to access content on your EA account with linked platforms, but won't allow progress or content to be transferred from other EA accounts. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.
For this EA account, the first time it launched Apex on any PlayStation platform was earlier this year. If your PSN account with your main progress was years old, that must have been linked to a different EA account. That's where your progress would likely be kept as well depending on when it was unlinked from that account.
In this situation the only way to try restoring access to any missing progress would be to re-link the original accounts. If you run into trouble with that process our support team should be able to take a look.
